YES. There is no charge to become a participant. Not only that, but you are rewarded every time you make a qualifying purchase at any participating Bonneau location*. As soon as you enroll, you can spend your points back at participating Bonneau locations. *Some exclusions may apply.

Each point = $0.01 Example: 500 points = $5.00 you can spend towards your purchase. Although points can be spent like cash at participating Bonneau locations*, points are not redeemable for cash and hold no cash value. *Some exclusions may apply.

You start earning points immediately on your first purchase. Pick up a free Bonneau Bonus! card at any participating Bonneau location. Swipe when prompted by the POS or pump, or you can scan the virtual card on the free Bonneau Bonus! mobile app to earn points on your purchases. It’s that easy!

You spend points by informing the cashier at a participating Bonneau location that you would like to redeem some points. They will have you swipe or scan your card or virtual card. All the points you have up to the total amount owing will be applied towards the price of your purchase. If you don’t have enough points to pay for your total purchase, you will be prompted to pay the remaining amount with another method of payment.

Anyone can join the Bonneau Bonus! program, but you must be 18 years or older to participate in any contests or promotions.

There are 3 ways to enroll. 1). Call the toll-free number on the back of your Bonneau Bonus! card to quickly enroll over the phone. 2). Download the free Bonneau Bonus! mobile app to enroll with or without a card. 3). Go to bonneaubonus.com to enroll via the website with or without a card.

Every participating Bonneau location will advertise that they accept the Bonneau Bonus! card. You can also find a complete listing on our Bonneau locations page.

Your current point balance will show on the bottom of your receipt each time you make a purchase. You can also check your point balance at any time via the Bonneau Bonus! mobile app or website.

If you believe there is a mistake in your point balance, please send your cardnumber and expected balance to [email protected] or call card holder services at 1-888-985-1167.

If you have lost your card, please pick up a new card from any participating Bonneau location, and then please contact 1-888-985-1167. If your card was enrolled, the customer service team can transfer your points, club status, and transaction history from your lost card to your new card.

If your card is damaged, please pick up a new card from any participating Bonneau location, and then please contact 1-888-985-1167. If your damaged card was enrolled or if you have your card number, the customer service team can transfer your points, club status, and transaction history from your damaged card to your new card.

If you have forgotten your PIN number to your Bonneau Bonus! card account, please call 1-888-985-1167 and we can assist in retrieving your PIN number.

If you have multiple cards that you would like to have linked to accumulate points together, please call our customer service department at 1-888-985-1167.

You can update your account information by calling 1-888-985-1167. You can also log into your account from the bonneaubonus.com home page and update your account information.

Yes, after your Bonneau Bonus! card has been inactive for 12 or more months, the card’s points will be deleted off of the card.
